Venetian Crab and Artichokes

How can anything go wrong with a combination

of cheeses, artichokes, and crabmeat. The

stronger flavor of claw meat is perfect for this

dish.

8 ounces of ricotta cheese, creamed

1 cup of mayonnaise

¾ cup of parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

1 fourteen ounce can of artichoke hearts, drained

8 ounces of crab claw meat

Sliced Almonds

Mix first four ingredients well in an oiled

casserole dish and fold in artichokes and

crabmeat. Sprinkle top with sliced almonds

and bake for 15 minutes in a 375 degree oven.

Serve with melba toast.
