Tostados Grande

This is an excellent party platter that is easier to handle

than nachos. Prepare and put on a large serving dish for

your guests to break off a desired serving.

6 large plate-size flour tortillas

1 cup of black olives, slice

1 cup of poblano peppers, minced

6 green onions, thinly sliced

1 cup of fresh tomatoes, chopped and drained

2 cups of shredded Monterrey Jack cheese

Sea salt to taste

Red pepper sauce

Fry tortillas in peanut oil at 375 degrees until golden

and crisp. Sprinkle half the cheese over the tortillas

while hot, then layer other ingredients. Top with the

remainder of the cheese and place in a 400 degree

oven for five minutes until the cheese is melted.

Serve immediately.
