Crockpot Crab

So you are going to be tied up some Saturday? You are

expecting friends to come over for cocktails before the

crowd goes out to dinner? Here’s a winning recipe that

you can put together easily and later bring cheers from

your guests. We like serving this with melba toast…nothing

that overpowers the delicate flavor of the crab.

1/4 cup of whole milk

1/4 cup of sour cream

1/3 cup of tomato salsa

3 eight-ounce packages of cream cheese

1 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning

1 pound of crab claw meat

1 cup of green onions, thinly sliced

4 ounce can of green chilies, chopped

Combine all ingredients and transfer to a slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for three hours. Serve in a heavy

earthenware container that retains heat.
