Smoked Almonds

I was always devastated when I reached the bottom of

that can of smoked almonds. Now that I have the secret

recipe, I can go to the pantry, rip open the five pound

almond bag and have a bottomless supply of my favorite


1 egg white, beaten

2 teaspoons of garlic powder

2 teaspoons of celery salt

¼ teaspoon of sea salt

½ teaspoon of liquid smoke

3 cups of whole almonds, toasted

Combine almonds with other ingredients and spread

evenly on a well-oiled baking sheet. Bake at 300

degrees for a half hour, turning and stirring every

ten minutes. Cool and seal in a airtight container.
