Zuke Sticks

Your guests will love these crunchy, oven-fried

zucchini sticks and they are so easy to prepare.

Keep them warm in the oven and serve on your

favorite pottery platter with a buttermilk ranch

dressing for a dip.

6 medium zucchinis

1 cup of all-purpose flour

3 cups of potato chips, crushed

1 teaspoon of garlic salt

1 teaspoon of oregano

½ teaspoon of chipotle chili powder

½ teaspoon of cumin

4 eggs, beaten

 Cut zucchinis into sticks about three inches long

and an inch square. Toss the sticks in the flour

thoroughly and turn out on a dry surface for about

fifteen minutes. Combine the dry ingredients

in a flat cake pan. Dip sticks in the beaten egg

mixture and then in the seasoned potato chips. Place

on a well-greased cookie sheet and put in a 450

degree oven for about twelve minutes until they

are golden brown.
