Celery Sticks with Blue Cheese

 

 

We love to serve these celery sticks with Buffalo Chicken

Wings or Bloody Marys. Feel free to change the proportions

to your taste. This is the way we mix the ingredients:

6 ounces of Blue Cheese crumbles

6 ounces of cream cheese

2 green onions, tops and bottoms thinly sliced

2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon of lemon zest

1 tablespoon of prepared horseradish

Freshly ground black pepper

Combine ingredients and pack into celery sticks that

have been crisped in ice water in the refrigerator for an

hour and drained. Snappy and delicious!
