Taj Chicken

 

Try this exotic chicken spread on toasted pita bread.

It’s memorable!

½ pound of poached chicken breast, shredded

8 ounces of sour cream

¼ cup of Major Grey’s Chutney

¼ cup of coconut flakes

2 teaspoons of Madras curry powder

1 teaspoon of turmeric

1 tablespoon of onion, minced

1 teaspoon of garlic, minced

¼ cup of salted peanuts, chopped

1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Sea salt to taste.

Combine all ingredients.  Serve well-chilled and

garnished with lemon slices.
