Rosy Radish Spread

Some of us are radish fans and others are not but

I love the bright red color and peppery taste of fresh

radishes which are bursting with flavor this time of

year. I am always looking for a new way to use them

and a friend passed on this recipe recently .

Colorful and unique!

8 ounces of cream cheese, softened

2 cups of radishes, coarsely chopped

2 teaspoons of garlic, chopped

1 tablespoon of butter

Sea Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend well.

Refrigerate for several hours, pour off any liquid that might

accumulate, and stir well before serving with herb crackers.
