Swiss Shrimp Fondue

Serve this in a traditional fondue pot with chunks

of country bread, or it works well if you wish to

serve it in a stoneware crock that holds heat and

can be rewarmed in the microwave oven. This

impressive dish takes less than ten minutes

to put together.

1 can of Cream of Shrimp Soup, condensed

8 ounces of swiss cheese, grated

½ teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of thyme, minced

2 tablespoons of dry sherry

Put all of the ingredients except for the sherry in a

sauce pan and, on low heat, bring to a simmer.

When cheese is melted and incorporated, stir in

the sherry and serve immediately.
