Pre-Mixed Party Martinis

An Atlanta friend shared a secret with me many

years ago when I complimented him on his ability

to prolifically produce martinis from his galley

kitchen, and still spend time with his guests. His

secret? A pre-mixed cocktail combining gin and

vodka which he kept stored in his freezer until it

was poured and garnished with mammoth olives.

Not only is it convenient, this martini is quite tasty

and is only a slight departure from the original.

2 cups of Beefeaters Gin

1 cup of Grey Goose Vodka

¼ cup of dry vermouth

¼ cup of olive juice

Combine ingredients and return to a bottle for placement

in the freezer. This fills about 14 two ounce classic martini

saucers.
