Grapefruit Picante Dip

This is not some kind of prissy garden club dip but

a zippy offering with a  sufficient amount of

heat to marry with the sweet and tart tones of the

fruit. Serve it in a hollow grapefruit shell with celery

strips for dipping.

8 ounces of cream cheese

½ jalapeno, cored, seeded, and minced

1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

1 ½ teaspoons of lime juice

1 grapefruit, sectioned and cubed

Smoked Paprika

Soften cream cheese and blend in lime juice, Worcestershire

sauce, and jalapeno. Stir in grapefruit cubes and pack into shell.

Sprinkle generously with paprika.
