On the Fly!

 
This is another take on chicken wings that you will 
find easy and delicious. Drain well before serving 
with abundant napkins!

  5 pounds chicken wings
  2 cups brown sugar
  1 cup Dijon mustard
  4 tablespoons soy sauce
  1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
  1 tablespoon of fresh or pickled ginger, minced

Cut each wing into 3 pieces and dispose of the tip. Brown wings in oil
and put in crock pot on low heat. Mix brown sugar, mustard, soy 
sauce, garlic, and ginger in saucepan and heat until it liquifies. Pour over 
wings and cook for three hours.
